The America-centric filter barely works, and it is hard to understand what to do.

Everything except the lore and graphics is shallow and uninteresting. I don't understand why the bad parts were expanded so much that it felt like an intentional waste of time. It is better to play the previous game.

This game is too crooked: broken quests, crashes, minor bugs, balance issues in some cases, etc. But you can see that the developers tried.
