Today I wanna talk about one of the best, in my opinion the best, game of all time. I'm going to talk about every mission but I'll try to not spoiler anything and to achiev that I will lie about the story a bit.

Returning Home

This isn't really a mission but is needed to understand the story. You also get a briefly introduction to hiding, the movement and fighting system.

Dishonored

This is an awesome tutorial! It introduces everything that you need to know about but takes it time for that. It is very linear but doesen't get boring. First it shows you that you don't have to kill enemies but can knock them out. Then it shows you how Keys work, then how rats and chains work. After that you get your main Gear. At the end you have a little challange trying to get passed 4 guards.

High Overseer Campbell

Before this mission you get your abilities from the outsider and instantly have to use them, He also introduces the concept of runes and Bonecharms.But this mission is stilla good "first mission". It has many ways that you can take to not get seen by enemys and introduces you to the lightwalls. It also has a two side quests the one from Garnny Rag is pretty easy, while the one where you hae to protect Curnow is very hard when you are playing for the first time. But this Mission isn't really that cool after some replays and while doing "Clean Hands" it can be annoying when someone walks in while the cutscene plays where you give Campbell the sign.

House of Pleasure

The beginning of this mission takes place where the one before did but the second is completly different from the first one and also has lots of ways to get around guards. In that mission the also tells you that killing people effectsthe ending and playthrough. The Slackjaw side quest is very interesting too since he first only gives you a key for a hotel which gives you an advantage to do the second part because you come to the second area over the roofs, and there are no guards there. You also find Emily there.

The Royal Physician

This Mission is a very interesting one because you're going from a very destroyed city, to a highly secured bridge, to a mansion. Along the way you find some people that you can rescue. It also took me a while to get through the mansion the first time I played but this mission is very fun when you do "Clean Hands" or/and "Shadow".

Lady Boyle's Last Party

This is my favourit mission. At the beginning it can be challanging to get to the party but when you're there it is fun because you have to figure out who of the Boyles sister is the right one. You have the choice to talk to guests and get clues or just sneak up to the second floor where you aren't allowed to be and find clues there. I also like that the sisters are different. As much as I know two of them will just follow you or go into the basement alone but one of them wants to take you upstairs and do "STUFF" with you. Sadly when you get up she just stays there and nothing happens :(. I also heared that some masks are references to other games but I'm not sure.

Return to the Tower

This mission is taking place where "Returning Home" was taking place but the Lord Regent installed many security systems. In low chaos he will go to his bedroom which makes it easier to kill him. But you can also poadcast amessage he recorded that proves how bad he is. In a high chaos playthrough he is in his Safe Room which is highly secured. When you manage to get to him you can decide if you want him to know who you are or if you don't want him to know.

The Flooded District

Between this mission and the one before something horrible happens and you lose all your Stuff. While it could have been a good side quest to get your stuff back it is just really boring. I think it takes way too long considering the mission is already the longest in the game and very linear! And it introduces the most annoying thing in the entire game: "River Krusts". They shoot so fast at you and are very hard to take out with melee weapons. It is by far my least favourite mission

The Loyalists

This mission is very short but it is also effected by the Chaos level. On low Callista is still alive but in high chaos runs she got killed. The side quest with Pietro and Sokolov is pretty cool though. But this mission is very short and often doesen't even take 5 minuts even if you do "Clean Hands" and/or "Shadow".

The light at the End

This mission is very different when you do high or low chaos. When you're doing High Chaos Everyone is fighting eachother and Havelock is about to kill himself with Emily. In a low chaos run Everyone is happy and all the Loyalists are on the top of the lighthouse. I would say that this is a satisfying last level since it is a challnge to get up to the lighthouse. The Ending is also pretty cool since in a low Chaos run everyone is happy but in a High Chaos run they are unhappy and the rats are a big problem.


Achievments

The achievments are very creative from not getting seen, to not killing anyone to only using blink the achievments are very different. Most of them are pretty easy but some are very hard without any guides,

Dunwall City Trials

This DLC gives you some interesting challanges. There are some where you have to fight, have to find clues and kill the right person, steal things, shoot stuff, or prove your parkour skills. It is very fun to play the challanges but can be very annyoing.
