I haven't played the original, but i've always wondered about this classic masterpiece. After playing the remake, wow, this is incredible. The atmosphere and sound design are seriously top tier. From the moment you step into the game, it feels like you are being pulled into this creepy, twisted world. Its the perfect psychological horror experience.

If you’re going to play, i highly recommend doing it at night with headphones on. The sounds are unreal, every little noise makes you feel like something is coming for you. If u have a dualsense controller, you must use it. The haptic feedback, adaptative triggers and sound from the controller really adds to the immersion. You feel every little movement and tension in your hands.

Bloober Team did a fantastic job with the remake, but i did run into some annoying screen shattering issues sometimes. Still, this is a must-play for me.

I want to love this game, I really do. But i cant find purpose of coming back. Fast paced combat combines with banger ost. But generally feels like you are not controlling your own character.

Same Kingdom: Classic but with big (empty) map...

First 2-3 hours perfect but its come repetitive and boring afterwards.

Needs a lot more time in the oven.
Refunding for now but I am keeping my eye on this.

Overall, the game has potential but should be shorter (no pointless fillers for playtime/price), needs better animations (not expecting 3A quality, but some are so bad they break the atmosphere), and has too many time-consuming puzzles. Hard to stay immersed.

Love staring my opponent in the eye while I play a lie taunting them to call it.

Just for them to call it and I shoot myself in the face.
