A good relationship test

Fantastic arcade game here. I could easily see plopping lots of quarters in this one as a kid. Simple controls, fun mechanics, interesting challenges, quick story, quirky characters. I really enjoyed my time with this game.

Harvest stuff -> upgrade equipment -> kill things (harvest living things) -> upgrade equipment -> repeat. I found the cycle in this game to be very well spaced out and even though it can be reduced to the above, it was enjoyable throughout. My advice for completionists: Skip hard mode and play on Insane first, it's more fun and it only requires one play through this way.
Battles will often consist of you dodging everything while your pet does the damage. You will have to get a shot in every once in a while to keep your pet aggro'd. On insane, this is more intense and fun than it sounds. Getting the mega gong is probably the last achievement, though I recommend getting it before finishing the game so you have the weapon for the final fight. Figure out what stuff you need to build fishing holes and bombs in each zone and harvest those items whenever possible. Don't worry about farming for the gongs until near or after the end of the game when you get the pet and the items that improve fishing.

This is a fun top down racer. Advice for completionists: The grindiest achievement is getting all the cars which requires a lot of money. So don't upgrade cars as you go (waste of money) and do challenges, especially the ones that award a free car. Don't bother restarting races to make sure you get first, you need to win 200 of them but you need to complete 300 to get the most expensive car for free. The time trials for E through B are the most technically challenging achievements and will require that you have the right car and make near perfect turns for a full lap. The time-trial for A is easier when you have the most expensive car. Good luck!
