I very rarely get obsessed with games or even complete them. Aliens: Dark Descent absolutely hooked me these past two weeks and I couldn't put it down until I finished it. It's a game that rewards careful tactical gameplay, and will brutally punish you and your poor squad of Marines if you make a mistake. It's not an absolutely perfect game, there's some annoyances here and there, but overall this and Alien: Isolation are the two best companion games to their respective movies. Highly recommend for fans of X-Com, Dawn of War 2, or if you are looking for a game where hordes of monsters are lurking in the dark and your motion tracker's beeping just keeps getting louder and louder...
