So to make a new character or start over you would have to jump through so many step of going in your local save and deleting that and then disable steam cloud. Even after all that you MIGHT can get ban for doing this because denuvo (anti-tamper software designed to prevent piracy).

Great game but very hard to connect with friends becasue of "NAT type problem"
I have my NAT on open in every games on steam but every other games on uplay is moderate or strict.
I have also try port forwarding, it doesnt help.
