In all aspects of work, Ringotis is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. Ringotis accepts criticism cheerfully, and uses criticism productively to develop own abilities and skills. Able to concentrate and stay focused for periods of several hours, even when tasks are relatively mundane, and doesn't make mistakes. They have a high boredom threshold. Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But tends to rely mostly on the contributions of others, and makes only a limited contribution.
