Casting
Weppas observer config:

bind "k" dota_toggle_assisted_camera_operator

(You can bind which ever key you feel work.) (This command makes the camera move like directed camera with the exception of you personally having to control where it will go next, But it will try and frame the heroes you go to as good as possible and follow the action so you don't have to move the camera around much. Can be directed with arrow keys if you feel it goes away from what you want to look at and can also be stopped by holding "Spacebar" so you don't have to turn it off if it tries to go away.)

dota_camera_mousewheel_direction_multiplier 0.015

(This command makes the speed of the zoom when you zoom out with the mousewheel a tiny bit slower, me and Skrff use 0.015 as it's a pretty good speed for what you want to use the zoom for. 0.03 is the default.)

dota_camera_mousewheel_delay_reset_interval 0.8

(This command is how far it will zoom, the default command is 1 and both me and Skrff felt it zoomed just a bit too far so we turned it down to 0.8 instead and now just 1 tap on the mousewheel makes it zoom not as far but still far enough to see most of the fight.)
