The game was fantastic. It's impossible to explain how good it is without playing it in VR. it's the most immersive VR game, and game in general, I have ever played. I've never had a VR game feel as real as this one. This is proof of how good a VR game can be.other VR games have a lot to live up to. The combat is so fun and fluent. I feel more like a real action hero than any game i've ever played, ducking behind cover in real life, dropping to the floor, throwing grenades over cover, etc. The game has so many scripted moments that don't feel scripted at all. The physics engine is so damn good that it's almost impossible to distinguish between it and real life. The story is also amazing, i'm going to stay spoiler free, but the story lives up to the Half Life name. Not to mention, the game leaves the story open for another game (Valve please). If you're going to buy any VR game, buy this one. The best part is I got the game free with my Valve Index, which is nice, because I wanted to play it anyway. 10/10

This game is an extremely fun and realistic shooting game. The gameplay is fun and addictive due to it's realism. It's pretty scary how into it I can get sometimes if I'm being honest. While it has it's issues, the devs are EXTREMELY open and talkative on their discord about problems and changes. They are adding new content and fixing bugs constantly and the game is just getting better and better. I definitely recommend picking this up and trying it out. More content is added all the time and lots of interesting stuff is on the way as listed in the road map.

I actually really love this game, it takes me back to the days when me and my friends sat around playing the first one ad screaming our asses off. I have just one complaint and its a big one, its just not that scary, I never jumped once in my first few matches, and the times I did its because I looked at the wrong time. The jumpscares need to be more LOUD and IN YOUR FACE. It needs to POP OUT with a bg BANG. Also a mode where you can fight an AI creature would be very appreciated. Still a great game, and it would be amazing if you took my advice!
