Dota 2 support did this to me

I was BANNED for 18 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.I.N.G YEARS !
To be precise untill 1/19/2038 ...

It does not matter how much money I spend on it. The important thing is that I fell in love with Dota 2 for many years and in the end this love of mine was answered unfairly.

Finally, I am not a bad person or i dont know toxic or smurf or etc . Because of a bad connection ...

Every day I open Steam in the hope that the law will be amended and my account will be ready for play but every time i see this sad justic . I do not know if I had killed a person I would have been in prison for at least less time .
i dont know maybe atleast reduce the duration of it. I have been Ban for several months and now im changed ...
