Game feels like it took some inspiration from Poppy Playtime but it does it well IMO. And the funni raccoon gives it a leg up already. Its nice that they have enough animation for them that they come off as a character and not just some AI on the screen.

I got softlocked at the start of the game after getting the cuff but other than that the experience was smooth. (EDIT: This has been fixed)

PS: Lloyd is a nerd.

TLDR: If you are getting this expecting it to be like Road96 you will likely be disappointed, but the game is still decent and good for if you want to see some more of the characters from the original game.

I get why people would not recommend this with how different it is from the prequel. about 50% of the game is the classic gameplay while the other 50% are skating segments that can be a bit janky and frustrating at times.

However, while some can be a little frustrating to play, I would say at worst they were OK and at best they were a little fun. The skating segments are all great to look at with their theming and have some good music paired with them.

The classic sections of the game play like you would expect from Road96 but without as much urgency as this is more focused on telling the stories of the characters you meet in the original game (mostly Zoe but the others do appear/get mentioned)

Mile 0 is also much more linear than the original. As far as I know there is just the one path to take and the choices you make mostly just effect final decisions the characters make at the end of the game. So unless you like the skating parts, there might not be a ton of replayability.

Overall I enjoyed the game for a nice single playthrough. getting to get some more content out of the original characters was nice despite the shorter game time. I got it on sale so you will have to decide for yourself if its worth the full price though.

The first three Spyro games being one of my favorite series I've ever played I had hoped the remake would be made with the love me and many others have for them and boy does it feel like a labor of love.
I was happy to play through completely beating all 3 games 100% with all the skill points and not once did i get bored! All three games are perfectly in tact and even improved in some aspects!
The game looks amazing and ran nice and smoothly barring a few moments that I worked down to just my computer not being particularly great.
All and all I'd say this is the definitive way to play the Spyro games and I see myself coming back to beat them again often!

This is a strong game for the monster hunter series. Picking it up the first time can seem a little complicated but after a little while you can easily understand how things work together in the game. The combat is fun and has a large variety of weapons to try and find your favorite. The monsters are nearly all great to look at and cool in concept. Not to mention Palicos are hekkin great cause of course they are.

I haven't had much experience playing with random people but playing with friends has had minimal to no issues other than on my internet's part and is a great way to play the game.

Out of the Monster Hunter games I have played it is easy to say this is my favorite. =>

Early Access Review
This game is one of the only battle royale games I have tried and really enjoy. Maybe its just its looks? but it does have a nice community and playing with a not so good connection doesn't guarantee that you loose.
