While I love open world driving and had a ball with TDU2, this game is just not something I can recommend right now.
I like the Hong Kong setting and the map is great, driving in free roam is nice when you get the chance to fully customise your car but thats really all there is now.
Racing is not good. Multiplayer is non existent ever since launch. And AI is just either rubbish or running the fastest lap times on the leaderboards.
While im not against a bit of grind, there needs to be a good payoff. Wow another sticker that I would never put on a car to show off to well no one as there are no other players in my server.
No crossplay and regional restrictions mean the already small player base is fractured to nothing. In the first few weeks playing I saw maybe 2-3 max players at a time when there was anyone at all.
Content that should keep players engaged just is not all that interesting. Solar Pass is underwhelming. Want some more stickers? Live events let you run 3 races over and over again till you hit enough points to win a shirt or maybe another sticker... Woohoo!
Well I might stickeround or I might just drop this and come back in 6 months to see if anything changes.

Waited patiently for Pinball FX to come to Steam.
While there is nothing specifically wrong with the game play, there is little incentive for me to play this over FX3.
Lack of achievements and frustrating UI makes it a chore to play and season play collectables just seem hollow and pointless.
While I dont feel entitled to free tables(I purchased a few tables, some new some owned), the Legacy pricing issues means I would have to pay full price for some tables with little benefit to them.

At this point I just dont see the need to keep this installed. I regret purchasing the tables I already did. Maybe in a few years Zen will figure it all out. Till then plenty of other games to play.

Such a simple concept yet hours of fun to be had. The ever increasing difficulty means that you need to really get into the 'zone' to excel. The sense of accomplishment when you clear the hard levels will make it seem like a finely choreographed Bruce Lee film. 1 Vs 2000 ? No Problem!

Memories of a time long ago fragging away instead of going to uni, cursing the inadequacies of dial up internet. It all comes flooding back with the latest iteration of Quake. Is it classic Quake? Not quite but if you are looking to scratch that arena fps itch it hits the spot. Still in early access. Still has some kinks to work out but the devs are consistent at releasing updates and patches. New game modes, new champions.

Its free to play so nothing to lose if you want to check it out.
