I felt like replaying this since not only is it a very short game (I finished it in 7 hours) But also was in the mood for some adrenaline PUMPING gameplay.

This game is still the 3rd best in the series with Eternal being first and Doom (1993) being 2nd. Doom 2016 compared to the others is way more fun with a better soundtrack that gets you headbanging. The gameplay does get a little repetitive after 9 levels and the boss fights are little bit disappointing especially the last boss fight that feels a little clunky at certain points.

The story itself is fun, entertaining and the main villain ends up being kind of lame especially with her last battle. The rest though was good even the journey between each level was fun besides the downside of the gameplay getting repetitive. The graphics is a big step up, the new gun upgrades, perk upgrades and demon types are fairly decent as well. This game is awesome but I just found myself getting a little bored at times due to the gameplay that got repetitive.

Overall a very fast testosterone pumping fps that gets you headbanging to the music while killing demons and SLAUGHTERING different type of demons. Gameplay does get a little repetitive and boss fights that are disappointing, nonetheless still an awesome game to the Doom franchise. 4/5 Stars.
