Pure is always preferred however overpay is acceptable depending on the items. I do not pay for paints, parts, spells, etc... and I do not accept freelance and civilian grade items, or low value weapons at all.

Can't pay with TF2 items? I accept cards or 100 gems @ 2 scrap per and backgrounds, emoticons @ 1 scrap per. Under most situations I will not accept payment from other games however if you make an offer I cannot refuse then I may be persuaded.
