No Man's Sky has been through a bumpy journey since 2016, with death-threats directed to Hello Games because there were no butterflies upon release (That was an actual thing) Sony pressuring Hello Games to publish before it was anywhere near completion and their own studio being flooded but yet Hello Games still pulls through and sticks to the game they love.

After looking at the E3 trailer back in 2016, NMS was all I could want from a game; Limitless exploration set in a giant universe which doesn't revolve around you. Yet unfortunately we were delivered, what felt like, a completely different game. So I left it after playing an hour or so with huge disappointment and moved on. However, a community stuck with the game holding on to a thought of hope that the developers would stick with the game...

And they did.

Since 2016 we've had six massive updates; each offering more than what was shown in the E3 version. From new biomes to being able to construct underwater bases with a handy submarine. With an even bigger update yet to come in Summer, along with VR support, it's safe to say I have the game I wanted a few years ago, topped with ecstatic and powerful music which just completely emphasises any feelings you get while playing this.

Massive recommendation to anyone who loves space and exploration. This game is for those who just want to relax and venture into a dangerous and unknown universe <3
