the game was actually playable and populated when it first came out. i dont know what they did but they somehow made it less optomized and lost all of the playerbase at the same time. never knew a game besides DayZ that went from playable in pre full release to a buggy mess when "finished'. would not reccomend.

Bro valve you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the dog on this one. several years since the last major update, spin botters in litterally every casual match i join, and little to no support system left. guys seriously do you just ♥♥♥♥ dog. get your heads out of your asses with cs go, considering how you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that one up too, and focus on your community and not money.

The game was good before they complicated everything with the weird aiming system and making food impossible to find. it was better in beta and when they released it they ruined it.

Edit as of May 2020:
The fact that the devs added a dlc before actually fixing the game they had in beta for over half a decade tells me this, they know they messed up, and they cant make any more money off of the game because they messed it up, so they are trying to milk as much money as they can from the little fans they have. This was one of my favorite games in its early stages, i understand the game is supposed to be hard, but jesus marian and joeseph peter paul and mary they made it damn near impossible for people JUST starting out. your survival is based on chance. if you get a good spawn, you MAY survive. if you dont, you die of dehydration and rinse and repeat. you had potential to fix your ♥♥♥♥ ups, and youve let the community down once again.
