Played for an hour.

Looks beautiful, love the radio and music.
I had some trouble with the piping and electricity not connecting to the service buildings.

Had to toy with the graphics settings but I can still about reach 45 fps with my 6900 XT with ~95% gpu useage and I barely even started.

I cannot recommend the game in this current state with the performance issues, I update this review when it has been fixed.

I will still play it though.
