The game runs great on PC and gives you the classic Halo experience! I have been a long time fan ever since I was able to pick up a controller and I'm really glad that the games are coming to PC. Spoilers for Halo 4 ahead.

Halo Reach: Probably has my favourite story out of all the Halo games because of the tragic end to the planet. It also helps that Reach has been hyped up ever since the first cutscene from Combat Evolved. The fact that this game is a sequel and effects the entire Halo universe by giving an explanation on how the two main characters ended up together is great. I think it was annoying how 343 ramped up the difficulty for Long Night of Solace. Although I prefer the old art style, I really like this style. I think the Brutes were kind of tossed aside and the melee speed and damage is inconsistent and too extreme. Probably the most variety of ranks between enemies which is cool. Armour abilities suck and destroy Halo's legacy, but Firefight was the most fun I had out of this game. Soundtrack is different to the other Halos but is still pretty good; adds to the gritty/dark feeling. 10/10

Halo Combat Evolved: For a game made in 2001 I found this really enjoyable. Multiplayer is so much fun and the campaign was pretty good. The maps were extremely diverse and probably the best out of the series. Campaign story was fairly good, although it gets annoying playing in the same area more than once. The anniversary graphics are kind of lazy and most designs are just exact copies from Reach. This wouldn't be a problem if the skins were at least polished, but they aren't. Sound design stays the same in anniversary. Anniversary adds some extra secrets so that's good. 7.5/10

Halo 2: I am not going to lie, I didn't like the campaign. Was the story good? Yes, my second favourite. However, the gameplay is complete garbage. You die within seconds of an Elite noticing you because of how fast the enemies shoot and the velocity of the projectiles. The enemies barely ever take breaks between shots and their melee attacks are pretty much an insta-kill or it's basically they whack you twice with barely any time between the first and second. Jackal snipers are cringe as always, and vehicle sections are the worst. The fact that I am taking a ghost over a tank 100% of the time because it is safer shows you that there is something wrong with the enemy health and autistic spawn locations. Anniversary graphics, sounds and music were phenomenal. I've never experienced something so beautiful. The guns were super fun though and the multiplayer was revolutionary. Jump height and movement were at their best in Halo 2 but the combos make the game unfair to people. 9/10

Halo 3: Probably the favourite among the community, Halo 3 holds a special place in my heart. This was the Halo I played most as a kid and and has the 3rd best campaign. The TTK is really quick and the brute shot is cancer. But the reason this game is easier than Halo 2 is because all the enemies are super weak. Enemy shields don't regenerate apart from Elite Flood. Best multiplayer because all the guns were balanced and the maps were the most unique. Can't forget that Infection, Grifball, Theatre, and Forge were introduced with this. A great ending to the (canon) story.

Halo 3 ODST: This was overall a good game. That being said, Halo 3 ODST should not have been its own game; it would have been better off staying as an expansion pack. The game launched without a multiplayer and the campaign is too short and easy. But ODST did introduce Firefight which is a wave-based game mode. I like how this was ported to PC and also added on XBOX. ODST pretty much functions the exact same as Halo 3 but with a couple of changes. One change I really liked was Brutes having normal shields that recharge, although they don't recharge once they are broken. The Battle Rifle and Energy Sword were also not in the game, and the SMG and Pistol were replaced with suppressed versions. However, the Autoloader is way better than the Pistol from Halo 3 as it has 12 bullets that can be fired quickly and the gun can use zoom. The guns don't have any stealth mechanic which is annoying since they have suppressors. The Hornet was taken out of the game which is also annoying. As an ODST soldier you are supposed to be weaker than a spartan, but the campaign is far easier than any other Halo, plus you can board and hijack vehicles which is just strange. The player also throws grenades at the height of a Spartan because Bungie forgot to adjust for the height. Recoil was added to more guns. The characters and story are pretty good but the story is the least interesting of the Bungie series. The Jazz music that plays fits the melancholic tone but the battle music could have been done better. 7/10

Halo 4: A big disappointment of a Halo game. Really disappointing. Halo 4 doesn't represent much of the principles that Halo has offered throughout the years and that is because 343 Industries took over Halo after Bungie left to work on Destiny, although I will admit Halo Reach had some influence in the downfall of the series. Halo 4 made this annoying decision to have the main character speak while playing the game. While ODST also had this, it was super rare one-liners and the stuff the characters said weren't boring as ♥♥♥♥. In Halo 4, all you hear is Chief saying uninteresting stuff, nothing that you'd really expect Chief to say. This is also very inconsistent with what the previous games set up. The dialogue between Chief and Cortana is cringe especially when she gets her distortions or rampancy or whatever they are. One notable moment in the mission Shutdown, "They're mine... Now to imprison them?!" The game has a massive ammo problem because there are almost no ammo crates for UNSC weapons throughout the missions. If, for some reason, you decide to go to the first 2 towers in the missions Shutdown instead of skipping to the last one, you have to use Promethean weapons throughout the entire mission because those are the only weapons available and the towers take forever to complete. 2 of the 6 weapons are power weapons which leaves you with the Suppressor, Scattershot, Boltshot, and Lightrifle. The Suppressor is the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless gun I've ever seen in a Halo game, probably worse than the Plasma Repeater from Halo Reach. The scattershot is just a shotgun and is pretty much useless on legendary against Knights because, A: getting up close to Knights is retarded as they have insta-kill melees which are undodgeable 90% of the time, and B: all the Promethean weapons look the same so you can't tell what weapon a Knight is holding. The Boltshot is basically a Pistol that cant zoom and also it's a pocket shotgun that is OP on multiplayer. However, it has almost no ammo and the shotgun blast is almost pointless because you can't get close to Knights. The Lightrifle is literally just a DMR and a Battle Rifle combined into one and is the only useful Promethean weapon that is not a power weapon. Don't even get me started on the Pulse Grenade. Almost useless on legendary unless you have memorised the spawn of enemies and are quick enough to use the grenade when they are in a scripted action. Binary Rifle is literally just a one shot sniper. Both Crawlers and Knights can wield it and when they are aiming at you, you get an indication through a bright circle around their face, although when you aim the gun you only get an orange line where you're aiming. The only other way to tell that a Knight is wielding a Binary Rifle is if they shoot it. They have great accuracy and fast reaction time. Crawlers will have special spikes on their head if they are using a Binary Rifle, but apart from that it's pretty much impossible to tell what gun they're holding until you kill them. Multiplayer is too much like COD and Spartan Ops sucks. Run out of writing room. 4/10
