Game with 6 hours of content has not been finished in 6 years.

Do not buy until Chapter 5 is released which was announced nearly 3 years ago.

Terrible performance and graphics are all mushed together.
I get kicked out from the server every 15 minutes because it doesn't have any connection grace period, it's a pure online only garbage and everything is lagging if you are far from the server, making it impossible to enjoy even the small bit of fun this game has.

Just play Warframe.

3 playable characters and they aren't adding any more content to this game.

Blizzard did a great job at making a free game look better than Diablo.

Early Access Review
Reason for negative: Unchanging content.

---{ Graphics }---
Absolutely awful but I wouldn't have it any other way.

---{ Gameplay }---
Outside gets very repetitive, there is not much variety other than the 8 different moons.
Inside is almost endless, the game uses room tiles which means every single session is a little unique.
Loot distribution is random, which will mess you up every so often.
Time is of the essence, the longer you stick around the more things come out to play.

---{ Audio }---
Very immersive and consequential, there is not much to say.

---{ PC Requirements }---
This game is sadly made with Unity which means if you try improving the graphics, the engine will crap itself and your PC at the same time, so you need an above average rig.

---{ Difficulty }---
In general this game is easier but faster than GTFO.

---{ Grind }---
There is no permanent currency nor cosmetics to grind.

---{ Story }---
Can be summed up in 1 minute, it barely exists and you wish there was more.

---{ Time to Beat }---
You can not beat The Company, the game is endless until you fail.

---{ Bugs & Annoyances}---
I have not found any bugs.
Giants camping the exits is a massive issue.
Rainy moons can make it impossible to get to the entrance on Offense.
Stormy moons have a random lightning strike chance in addition to metal attraction, which instantly kills you.

---{ Price to Value}---
For what you get out of this game as of Update 47, 9.75€ is a perfect price.

---{ Improve This }---
Outside gets very stale very fast, add procedural generation.
Loot RNG is too radical, close the gap between extremely scattered and extremely cluttered, make it more consistent.
Make the outside generally more dangerous.
Add some sort of currency to buy outfits and other items that you keep across all save files.
Fix giant camping.
Fix stormy moons' random strikes killing you.
Make the game 9.99€.

Disclaimer: This is purely honesty, there is no sugarcoating, I will review all the upcoming chapters as well, even though as of now I have refunded the game.

Chapter 1 - Not recommended

Style: Staggeringly clear and fitting graphics, the animations are stellar, the game has a soul to it, the character models are carefully made with every detail mattering. (See: Fail Day 1 shovel task multiple times)

Sound: Staggeringly fitting for the game.

Characters: Their decisions from their own perspectives are often questionable (See: You are immediately trusted by B____s, Frog).
I appreciate S_____.

Controls: Fine, but could make Mouse1 and Mouse2 both remappable.

Secrets: (See: The light secret has no practical indication, we are used to all sorts of lights in horror games), I advise to not make practically impossible to achieve secrets such as hidden walls which is of course also known as bugging outside of bounds to a secret area.
Secrets are mostly totally fine in this Chapter, for harder to spot secrets make references or clues in either dialogues or documents.

Duration: 1.5 to 2.5 hours is not enough, it lacks value, recommended game time is 3 to 4 hours for half the collectibles (+30 to 60 minutes for all), not 2 hours for all of them, as I refunded partially for this reason.
There is not much padding which makes this game feel like a speed-run, like I'm supposed to do some things for longer and stay in some areas for longer, but there is nothing else, not much exploration at all.
The entire chapter feels like an intro sequence, feels like a progression rush to play as there is rapid progression (player leaves area 1, enters area 2, leaves area 2 within 15 minutes never to return).

Pricing: 7$ is a steep price for a game with no real substance other than it being an introduction to something else you'll also have to pay for, separately.
Game value does not match the price, recommended at 4$.
Extrapolating from this, the recommended DLC price is also 4$ per for a total of 20$ or 18.49$ in a bundle.

Other feedback: Give more padding, give tremendously more exploration, potential is very high, don't let it go to waste and irrelevance, replayability does not really exist as there is nothing left to replay and nothing worth replaying for the sake of fun.
You cannot make this chapter better, you can only lower the price for it to be better value.
There is just not enough content and I would rather refund this game than to wait for a new chapter to drop that I'll also have to pay for, for it to maybe be the same as the first one: Lacking
