Love this game

This is not a fun Doom Game. It can be a fun something title FPS game. But as a Doom game it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.

The Devs force a Resource management system into the game, forcing you to always keep your Armor, Health and ammo up. But demons deal so much damage that armor is basically useless and the most low level demon can kill you in less than 10 hits, so little ammo that you run out of everything very fast. So you have to do certain things to keep your resources up all the time for every battle.

Yet, with all that, the game is still a run and gun. Always running and gunning. Fine, but there are moments and enemies that force you to stand still and if you stand still for 1 second, you are swarmed so fast and beaten to death. For a Doom game that is suppose to make you feel like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ badass that is fighting the forces of Hell. You feel so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weak. From the beginning of the game to near the end, yeah I haven't the patience to finish it, I felt no stronger at all. How do you ♥♥♥♥ that up?

I don't know why I see positive reviews on this. I can only assume its cause of the Multiplay of it.

If you find yourself playing the Doom titles from old school to current. Stop at Doom (2016). Eternal is honestly not worth playing for what it suppose to be a Doom game.

Good fast pace game to play with friends. Fun guns and good difficulty to play on.

I don't know what I expected going into this game. I was mainly curious how a visual novel can grant you 7000+ achievements. Now I know, it just...spams you with it with no effort. Kind of sad about that. As a game in general, I wouldn't reccomend it. Just....too many things wrong with it. If you just want the achievemnts. Run the game overnight. If you want a visual novel. There are better.
