Hired this person to rearrange my spice cupboard alphabetically. He suggesting sorting things by their "scoville" level (some scientific nonsense pushed by big 🌎 and their cohorts), and now my spices are sorted by how hot each spice is. 8.6/10 would hire again.

Would have a hire rating but kept referring to "spices AROUND the world" and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Globe head?
