Never Alone Review.

Pros:
Cons:
Wonderful narration.
Occasional unresponsive controls.
Thought-provoking puzzles.
Weak plot.
Amazing cutscenes.

Lore
Never Alone is a puzzle-adventure genre game that places you in a beautiful world on the brink of disaster. The story revolves around a child who becomes separated from her village during a devastating blizzard. Luckily, she's rescued by a seemingly magical Snow White fox. The primary objective of the game is to find the unknown source of the blizzard and stop it at any cost necessary. Throughout the game, you're able to switch between playing as the child and the white fox. Quite a few puzzles actually require you to do so in order to navigate through them.

Gameplay
While the gameplay is very straightforward, I honestly found the simplicity enjoyable and preferred in this scenario. During gameplay, you're forced to navigate through multiple puzzles that are thought-provoking and intertwined with the plot. Completing these puzzles will progress you through the story and unlock absolutely amazing cutscenes that further develop the narrative. Throughout the game, I had experience with controls occasionally being unresponsive and frankly unusable for a certain duration. Even though it's a disappointing defect, I found the game amazing nonetheless.

Narration/Audio
The narration in Never Alone is heart-wrenching and soul-defining. From the moment I started the game, I was hooked and unable to stop listening to the beautifully composed narrative. Furthermore, the music they incorporated into the gameplay is perfectly suited for the atmosphere that's demonstrated within the game.

Summary
Never Alone is a beautiful demonstration of how a puzzle-adventure game is done correctly. I was pleasantly pleased with everything the game had to offer, and while a few defects are present, I genuinely don't believe they're a significant issue. Overall, for the reasonable price of 14.99$, I would highly recommend Never Alone to anyone who enjoys a casual puzzle experience with a twist.

ClickRaid Review.

Pros:
Cons:
Fantastic developers.
Slow startup.
Welcoming community.
Poor instructions.
Addictive gameplay.
May feel repetitive.

Gameplay
ClickRaid is a generic Clicker genre game. It features the option to purchase an extensive amount of heroes, seven different classes, and allows players to group together casually. However, even though it's a tradition Clicker, it's extremely difficult and time-consuming to establish yourself and learn the numerous mechanics properly.

Community
The community is absolutely fantastic. From offering assistance to newer players, notifying the developers of glitches, and most importantly, reporting hackers that try to taint the integrity of the game. I firmly believe that the community is a major factor in how enjoyable the game certainly has become.

Development
The primary developer, SlikeyTre, provides quality updates consistently. Furthermore, he's quite active in the community and dedicates a tremendous amount of time-effort to help individuals with any issues that may occur. In my personal opinion, I believe SlikeyTre is an amazing developer that deserves far more recognition for his contributions.

Mechanics
Although the mechanics are simplistic, it becomes outrageous frustrating when they don't provide adequate instructions regarding necessary information that's essential for the gameplay. Luckily, the community is very welcoming and will assist you with any questions you may have.

Summary
Overall, ClickRaid is an enjoyable game that will appeal to any fan of the Clicker genre. While multiple glitches still exist, in addition to the disappointing instructions, the incredibly inexpensive price of 1.99$ makes this a highly recommended game of my list.

Please beware that ClickRaid is currently in Early-Access and changes may occur.

Far Space Review.

Pros:
Cons:
Very Inexpensive.
Extremely short.(30 minutes of gameplay)
Impressive scenes.
Lacks a dedicated plot.
No replayability.

Lore
Far Space is an interactive movie with elements of a shooter. As the individual descends into the game, their objective is to repair the orbital station damaged by extraterrestrials. The individual will be forced to make decisions, which might determine not only their life but millions of others too.

Gameplay
The gameplay is very straightforward. While the individual is able to observe the scenery, it has very limited accessibility and absolutely prohibits anyone from moving freely. Multiple times throughout the game, hordes of never-ending enemies will pursue the player. Furthermore, the player is tasked with eliminating all the enemies that stand in their path until, eventually, they reach the next objective.

Audio
Overall, the game offers an interesting dialog, with suspenseful music. (Far Space doesn’t, however, offer you the option to adjust your volume levels accordingly — an option I certainly prefer).

Summary
Far Space is an interesting title, providing approximately 30 minutes of gameplay, no replayability, and lacking a dedicated plot. While the gameplay is simplistic, I found the game to be a rather relaxing experience. Far Space is far from perfection, however, for the inexpensive price of 0.99$ I was certainly entertained.

Lil Tanks Review

AS A LONG TIME ENTHUSIAST OF SIDE-SCROLLERS, I WAS QUITE EAGER TO REVIEW LIL TANKS.

Lil Tanks is a side-scrolling shooter where you maneuver a tank through an onslaught of extraterrestrial life. Prior to embarking on your mission, you may choose between playing solo or cooperative mode. Lil Tanks offers four vastly different game modes: Campaign, Endless, Boss Training, and Hardcore. The Campaign takes the individual through a series of levels, where your primary objective is to vanquish your foes until a boss arrives. The endless mode pits the player against a never-ending horde of enemies, while, in Boss Training mode, you may enter an engagement with any boss from the campaign without interference from lesser adversaries. And, if you're looking for a real challenge, look no further than the Hardcore mode.

THE LORE BEHIND THE GAME CENTERS ON AN EXTRATERRESTRIAL RACE CALLED THE CUUR, CREATURES WHO ARE EXPLORING THE GALAXY FOR A NEW HOMELAND.

Unfortunately, this brings them to our solar system, and Earthlings quickly find themselves in the middle of an all-out invasion. As time passed, the chances of achieving victory over the aliens became slimmer. As a last-ditch effort to combat the menacing threat, a secret project called “Lil Tanks” was launched. You play as an unknown soldier, piloting one of these magnificent tanks in order to save humanity. Tanks come with a variety of special abilities. Each tank has a slightly different ability which varies depending on the level. For example, the first tank that you unlock has advanced weaponry; a tank you unlock further in the game has the ability to self-regenerate. To obtain experience points, players conquer hordes of enemies constantly advancing towards your tank. Occasionally, power-ups will appear from a fallen foe and grant you unimaginable [EN: unlimited] power.

THE GAMEPLAY IS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD: THE SCREEN CONTINUOUSLY SCROLLS TO THE RIGHT, AND YOUR TANK IS CARRIED ALONG WITH IT.

The tank may move around freely, but it has very limited accessibility. The player is tasked with eliminating all the enemies that stand in your path until, eventually, a boss appears, which you need to clear in order to succeed in your mission and save part of humanity. Throughout the game, you will be able to acquire items that improve your weapon range and firepower. Each enemy has a particular movement and weapon pattern — knowing how to avoid certain attacks will help you navigate through specific situations. After playing for a while though, the gameplay stales, without considerable variation across levels or tanks.

I’M TYPICALLY NOT A NOSTALGIC PERSON, BUT THIS GAME PULLS ON MY HEARTSTRINGS.

Lil Tanks takes me back to the arcades of my youth where I poured quarters into the machines by the bucketload. It does a fantastic job of reanimating the classic side-scroller, and the best part is I still haven't experienced all this game has to offer. Make no mistake: Lil Tanks isn’t perfect. It does, however, bring back fond memories of my time playing the Metal Slug series and in some ways, both games are quite similar. Although there isn’t a lot of variation in the title, the features present are fairly executed and provide many hours of enjoyable diversion. And, the experience is delivered with satisfying and immersive sound effects, with lively, contrasting music (Lil Tanks doesn’t, however, offer you the option to adjust your volume levels accordingly — an option some prefer). Lil Tanks is a solid title, providing four distinct game modes, twenty unique types of enemies, four tank variants, and multiple power-ups and weapon upgrades. The gameplay is uncomplicated and offers an enjoyable experience. However, it lacks any form of customization, and it might become repetitive after a few hours. Lil Tanks succeeds as a side-scrolling shooter, but there is a scarcity of originality in the game. That said, genre enthusiasts should certainly be entertained, especially at its current price point.

Golf With You Friends Review.

Pros:
Cons:
Excellent developers.
May feel repetitive.
Many customization options.
No dedicated matchmaking.
Provides hours of entertainment.
Requires others for maximum enjoyment.
Fairly inexpensive.
Amazing courses.
Consistent updates.

Multiplayer
Online multiplayer is becoming an increasingly important factor in my decision to purchase games. With that said, I feel multiplayer in this game is rather lacking. Golf with your friends doesn't provide a dedicated matchmaking system. It does, however, grant you the option to create custom lobbies effortlessly.

Summary
Overall, Golf With Your Friends is a solid game that is best played with others to maximize your entertainment. It contains an excellent development team that listens to the community and wants to improve the game drastically. The game is incredibly inexpensive at $5.99, and therefore if you have others to play with, I would highly recommend this game because it's quite enjoyable. If you intend to play solo, it may get repetitive fairly quickly, but is fantastic nonetheless.

Hook Review.

Pros:
Cons:
Inexpensive (0.99$).
Repetitive.
Thought-provoking puzzles.
Moderately short (2 hours of gameplay).
Relaxing.

Gameplay
Have you ever played a simplistic game and were instantly hooked? Welcome to Hook, the game where simplicity is essential, and relaxation is plentiful. Hook is a generic puzzle game that features fifty thought-provoking levels. It starts out relatively easy but becomes more difficult as you progress through the game. Don't be confused though, while it may be a welcoming introductory game for novices; it also caters to veterans of the puzzle community.

Summary
Overall, Hook is an enjoyable experience for the inexpensive price of 0.99$. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who is currently searching for a minimalist game that is not only relaxing but designed flawlessly too.
