Very fun. Amazing gameplay at end game, but you have to actually get to the end game, which could cost 100+ hours or around $60+ to have a good experience with other players. By "good experience" i mean you will be able to enter a raid group soon surely (player base is very gatekeepy) and you need a meta build in order to join most groups unless you want to pay in game currency for someone else to play for you.

There is also very little social aspect as people only want the best players. The guild system makes it very difficult to actually have a group of people to talk to, as each of your characters can be in the same or a different guild and there are limited spots. The raids are usually really dry with no one really interacting with each other except for necessary info to do the raid.

People can be quick to end raid or kick others if they mess up because there is so much to do in the game you need to manage your time if you want to do almost everything every day.

I also absolutely hate the dailies as they sometimes require you to change your build in order to do them faster and take super long if you have more than one or two characters. And if you're not spending its normal to have ~6 characters just to keep up, with ~4-5 of them at lower item level funneling resources into your main.

I'll probably still play sometimes because of the great gameplay but i can't say i recommend new players to get into it as it very much does feel like a job like other people have said. Also the manipulative microtrasaction stuff is not cool to say the least.

It's a game that never stops giving. You could think you're never going to touch it again until you remember how many different things you can do in it. But honestly the community was way better before Youtubers got into it

One of the best experiences in gaming, from surfing to competitive I find it all fun in the end.
