If you are dead set on picking this up get it on sale. The tracks felt repetitive which didn't help when the user has to grind to unlock the next stage of the series. Top level AI didn't put up much of a fight, but since the game generally puts you in the back at the start of the race you have to wade through them for a lap or two before you are just way out in front. I did enjoy the story because of how over the top it was.
