This game made me happy but not happy enough to cure my Stage 4 Terminal Brain Cancer.

Started off with playing Simple Physics on my phone, then I heard about this game, and decided to buy it on Steam. This is well worth the money! Countless hours of fun! Including designing your plane, building it, testing it, and even adding extras like weapons and other neat gadgets! If you haven't play this yet you're missing out!!! :D

Classic. Mods through the Nexus just add to the fun. Wether you want to do a legitimate playthrough, or just create a maxxed-out character and dive right into the hardest difficulty with mods enhancing the expierence, this game is just plain fun.

Whenever I try to start the game, I get this error that a file or something can't be found, and asks I typed it in correctly, yet I played the free weekend or demo or something a while ago just fine, that's why I have hours on it already.

So I can recommend it, I just need help fixing my version of the game. :/

Although I do recommend this game, I had to end up returning it and buying it for PS4 instead...

The reason is not with the game, but with what seems to possibly be a driver issue or heating issue with my rig. Although I can run other games like Dead Space 2, Killing Floor 2, Garry's Mod etc. fine (i5 4690K @ 3,5Ghz, GTX960 SSC, 16GB 1866MHz) I think this game would run better on a calculator than my PC. I got through the prolouge fine, but it was unplayable upon reaching the first mission with Franklin (avg. 2-5 FPS). Hopefully I get this resolved soon, because I really want to play with mods, so anyhelp would be greatly appreciated! (e-mail me: socalgags@gmail.com)


tl;dr - Unplayable with my PC, not a problem with the game. I need help fixing my PC :(

A substantial improvement from the last game. The workshop will make it even better.

Edited 5/15/2021. After months of PAID-DLC weapons (which were promised to never become a thing), Tripwire Interactive continues to push out these weapons, locked behind $10 paywalls per weapon, or a bundle to purchase them all. Some are okay, some are good. From rummaging through the various Announcement discussions whenever there is an update, I can safely confirm that these weapons especially, are considered a roadblock to the community.

Tripwire will continue to make is wait for the next installment, but I don't know how likely a Killing Floor 3 is at this point. It has been almost 6 years since Killing Floor 2 launched, and no announcements, blog posts, teasers, or anything, have been released regarding KF3.

I'm almost done choosing a server. Pretty fun so far.
