This is obviously a game made by someone who loved Megaman X dearly and it shows. It's a sure-win for any Megaman fan and a solid choice for anyone who's into platforming games in general. All in all, I love this game.

Pros:
- Kickass gameplay
- Streamlined experience gives old school gameplay with new school progression. Permadeath makes it feel like a fun arcade game with progression each attempt.
- Big upgrades feel cool without breaking the game
- Precise controls ensure you never feel like the game cheated you.

Cons:
- If you're into platforming games but not into rougelike games then the rougelike elements may get in the way of your enjoyment.
- The game could really use some more levels. 8 bosses is nice but the 4 levels is a bit disappointing. They shuffle so the challenge is fun but visually it gets a bit boring.
