Despite being one of the highest grossing games on Steam after 3 years it still has:

Terrible boot time + stutters
Random server disconnects
Nonexistent social / community functions
Reliance on Discord to communicate anything
Rampant RMT and bots

Best of all, with the new server merge (NAW + NAE + SA) in an attempt to keep the game alive, this will cause an increase in ping, non-English speaking foreigners, and the cherry on top: force name changes from 2 year old characters. I'm sure there are some very creative and unique options left like fhi3orjnmk or maybe even gcj4t39jgj. Awesome!
