Oh my lord this game.
Positives:
* Rhythm based combat sort of on the same line as Necrodancer,
* Music that WILL make you immediately cream your pants. Every level. Every theme. Even Hudggins,
* Enemies have telegraphed moves and all even grunt to the beat of the song,
* Almost every single gun has the meatiest and boppin' sounds they could have, along with just being a joy to shoot,
* It's a quality hard to explain, but it FEELS like a game made with love. Anything implemented was only done because some dudes thought it would be hilarious or fun, and they were right.
* Later levels seriously test you, with bosses appearing as normal enemies and insane health management.
* For a mono-colored game most of the time, this lad is PRETTY. This is how you do a unique visual styles.
* Did I talk about the music? Holy
god of boppin tunes
Cons:
* Balancing isn't always the best. A select few runs end with me instakilling every single endgame boss.
* I've run into a softlock like once.
* Its not exactly viable to stream due to its amazing, yet bitrate-crunching artstyle.
10/10 If you're a nut for rhythm games and have ever found yourself shooting to music before, get this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

Clearly a game that was rushed out, yet is somehow still *solid* in its own right. Storywise, it slows to a crawl at chapter 2 and doesn't even have a real conclusion, but gameplaywise its addicting. Even with the issues of its story, I feel an urge to replay this game again and again. Reccomend modding it, since a lot of waiting is needed for basic development stuff.

This is honestly game of the year, 2019. I've never played a more thrilling experience, full of twists and turns. My life is different. Mario Kart? Thats a trash ripoff of this masterpiece.
