Very enjoyable game similar to a mix between the crafting of Ark and the monster hunting game which shall not be named! Definitely some questionable design imitation, but so many do now. Game is still receiving major content updates, which is fantastic. There are definitely some kinks to still work out like pal pathing in bases and some building elements. However, there have definitely been continuing improvements.

This game is chill hours of fun - you can try many different combinations that all have a chance of working. The steam achievements are fun too.

Fun by itself; fun with dlc; fun with friends; fun with mods; infinite fun.

A classic space game with surprising levels of intricate detail. FTL allows for variety of play styles through the various ships, races, and weapons. Extremely replay-able because no two games, even if they start the same, will go the same way. Random events have multiple possible outcomes, so you have to always weigh risk and reward. Some of the achievements are very hard, but the difficulty makes it more rewarding to accomplish.

The base game is very enjoyable and has a lot of great features. I found myself spending hours playing this game when I rarely cook IRL. However, I am very disappointed in the developers for several reasons:

1) Instead of fixing bugs they continue to release poorly finished dlc/expansions. For example, I found the Cakes and Cookies DLC so riddled with bugs it was unplayable.

2) There are game breaking bugs that have been around for years and are still not fixed. I even personally went on the game developer's discord and followed all the procedures for reporting bugs - provided logs, screenshots, and many details. The response I received is "we are aware of this."

3) Some features in the base game are STILL broken (adding custom music/adding internet radio stations).

4) Gameplay options are missing configuration buttons, and in game information/tutorials are severely limited.

So my answer is - yes this is a fun game, but I do not recommend buying any expansions or the base game at full price. Also, be sure to keep many extra saves because you will encounter game breaking bugs.

There is something weirdly satisfying about blowing leaves. There is a clear undertone of fun and joy in this game that makes it relaxing. The developer is constantly adding more interesting content too! I really appreciate that this developer shows appreciation for his users and enables people to support him/her and the game without being invasive or pay to win. As much as I love this game, I am also looking forward to seeing what the developer produces next!

Admittedly, I did not play this game very long, but I have some major problems with it:
1. Font
a. The font is hard to read and the varying sizes are jarring; if a different font was used in a uniform size it would be a huge improvement. In places where the text will not fit a scroll bar is a great tool for overflow.
b. The font appears to be all caps which makes the UI seem like it is yelling; there is no reason not to use a font that has upper and lower case.
2. Tutorials (link in main menu)
a. There is a lot of good information, but the huge lists and massive walls of text are off-putting. Just by adding lines between the paragraph breaks there would be a big improvement in visual clarity.
b. Many of the subjects listed in the tutorial would be better suited to being nested. For example, one of the more obvious nesting opportunities is to only show the Bot Imprint tab after the Bot tab is selected.
c. One of the tab names is repeated (Customer), this could be easily resolved with either nesting or by renaming one of the tabs.
3. Statistics (tab in main menu)
a. The statistics are difficult to read because of the text scrolling in the background. Some of the elements in the main menu do have a solid background as an overlay behind the text, I do not know why this is not done throughout.
4. Gameplay
a. I decline to comment extensively on this due to the very short amount of time I spent playing, but it came across as very unbalanced. I appreciate that economic games will always have some element of grind, but the spikes between levels/tiers/etc. can be managed.
b. I found a lot of the ideas added to the game very fun, however, they felt very buggy and in some cases poorly integrated. If the "buggy" is part of the amusement of the game, it should not be to the point that it interferes with actually playing the game.

TLDR - Lots of great ideas in a messy package that was never finished. I would consider getting and trying the new Shoppe Keep 2, but this first game has been abandoned in too much of an unfinished state for me to enjoy.

This is a fantastic game! It is a very nice combination of dungeon crawling and item shop management. There is a big difficulty spike in later weeks if you are not prepared. I love how the game lets you keep playing even if you fail initially (albeit with some consequences).

Top tier game!

Fun and calming, great multiplayer, encourages my hording nature!

This is one of the first mmorpgs I started playing, and I always find myself returning back to it. The fighting mechanics were pretty revolutionary at the time it first came out, and the game is always updating and adding new classes and content. I have played many of the different classes, and find most of them enjoyable.
There is a typical frustrating divide between people who have played for years, and those who are currently starting - but I do like their buddy system to try and offset this problem. I also feel the pay to win in this game is not ridiculous as most of the buy-able items are cosmetics and/or special mounts and pets. And yes, you can still get many of these through events, achievements, rewards, etc. Having played many mmo's this is my favorite - even over WoW.
