I've delayed writing a review for this game for some time now, however after over 300 hours of gameplay, completing almost every quest in the game (yes, ALMOST. Even after 300 hours I have yet to discover everything this gem has to offer) and unlocking every single achievement I feel like I'm ready.

If anyone ever asked me a definition of an rpg I would just show them Fallout : new vegas, this game will give you one of the most unforgettable experiences ever, the world building, the story , the writing.. everything comes together to form this masterpiece.
Let me just say that I've played every single fallout game there is (excep tactics) and nothing comes close new vegas (except the original 2). If you have not played it yet, do it NOW, I can promise you that you won't regret it, it will be one of the best if not the best rpgs you will ever play and if you do not like it for first 2 hours you can always refund it, I suggest going in blind without watching any walkthroughs of it. (I would recomment searching up guides on game mechanics if this is your first fallout or bethesda/obsidian game).

I remember my first time playing fallout new vegas, it was a surreal experience which I thought nothing would top, I am very much into rgp games where player choices matter, I love the feeling of having to make decisions that will have an actual outcome depending on what I choose, I thought fallout new vegas did that very well... very well until I found this game.

I've always wondered what made games where you have to make decisions in good, what really made me like fallout new vegas so much from other games apart from the amazing quests, other games had fun quests with really good characters but there was something about fallout that I couldn't quite put my finger on, I just couldn't until I got to play Pathologic 2 and as soon as I did, I realized that having no obvious image of which decision is right or wrong changes how you look at a game entierly, it is something pathologic 2 does better than any other game I've ever played but this is just scratching the surface, not even close to what makes this game amazing.

The game is intentionaly misleading, it plays on what you believe is good and bad very well. It changes the normal formula of story,world and character building and in exchange creates a whole different way of thinking, it forces you to think in a way that you are not use to, questioning what is actually right and what is wrong, who you can truly trust and who you should be suspicious of, it gives you the feeling of satisfaction when you figure those things out and believe me it is not easy.

For the newcomers to the series of pathologic, plot and certain dialogue interactions can be extremely confusing, however as you progress everything will start to become more clear. I am only 4-5 days into the game and I can not wait to make more progress to get more of the story.
