3 years, 3000 developers across 11 studios and a $70 price tag and we get this garbage. This is the most amount of time, most amount of developers, and most expensive price tag call of duty has ever had, yet it has the least content on release in call of duty history. It makes you wonder; what were the 3000 developers doing for 3 years? Especially considering most assets are just recycled from MW2019. I wrote a laundry list of issues in my review of the beta and none of them have been fixed and some issues have even gotten worse.

- God-awful UI developed by people who used to work on streaming services like hulu. What? they have 3000 developers and 3 years and they can't even develop a UI. It has been done in 20+ other call of duty games, why can't they do it now when they have 3000 devs? Needless to say, streaming service developers don't know how to make a UI for FPS games and the UI sucks as a consequence.
- No dead silence as a perk
- Dead silence makes a loud noise when activated which is the exact opposite of what a stealth ability with SILENCE written clearly in it's name should do.
- No red dots on the mini map when firing an unsuppressed weapon
- Footstep sounds of a body positivity activist when running punish the player for moving and encourages sitting still
- Doors everywhere (they are also indestructible as if they weren't bad enough already)
- Reworked perk system that sucks and also messes up every other aspect of the game
- Game-ruining SBMM
- Overpowered tactical grenades
- Battle hardened barely does anything
- Reworked unlock system that forces you to use guns you have no interest in using to unlock attachments and camos for other weapons.
- Almost all attachments harm your ADS time and encourage you to just stay scoped in and not move
- No prestige leveling
- Insane store prices
- Cringe weeb anime skins have been discovered through datamining and will be released for tier 3 pokimane subs to put on their testosterone deficient camping classes for $20 a piece
- Disbanding lobbies
- UAV is a 4 kill streak
- Last stand is back
- Ghost perk works when stationary
- Too much flinch with no focus perk available
- No map voting
- $70 price tag
- No barracks menu
- No combat record
- Only 10 maps. (COD used to launch with 16)
- Some attachments do nothing
- You can spend hours to grind 30 weapon levels to unlock an attachment just to realize it's bugged and impossible to equip
- If you want to view unlock requirements for attachments on console you have to plug in a mouse into your console.
- Constant crashes
- Constant lag
- M16 Sucks
- There are no small or medium sized maps
- Getting weapon XP takes way too long to grind
- Cringy operators instead of real factions
- Lame voice acting and announcers
- Map names are stupid and way too long to remember (instead of easy to remember names like "raid" or "rust" we get "Santa Seña Border Crossing")
- One promised missing map
- Three promised missing weapons
- Weird graphical glitches.
- Awful optimization
- No leader boards
- No customizable reticles
- No unlock notifications
- No after action reports
- They renamed campers and camping to "sentinels" and "a sentinel play style" as to not hurt the feelings of little twinks hiding in corners playing like underdeveloped fetuses too disabled and scared to move
- No calling cards except 20+ different pride flags
- No emblems except 20+ different pride flags
- No hardcore modes
- Hardcore is for some reason renamed to "tier 1" because the developers have some weird delusion that hardcore takes more skill than regular core. If that were the case, then why would people go into hardcore specifically to level up bad weapons because it's easier in hardcore than in core? What takes more skill: hitting one midcourt free throw by chance or hitting four consecutive midcourt free throws in a row? In hardcore you get kills by blindly firing an LMG into a smoke grenade and accidentally hitting people in the toes.
- No communication from the developers
- Message notifications display as empty boxes
- Nothing to play for aside from camos
- Santa Seña Border Crossing is the worst map since Stone Haven in COD Ghosts 10 years ago
- Weapon tuning does nothing or only harms your stats
- They only focus on bringing in new players and abandon hardcore fans
- Autistic simps with TTV in their clan tag sweating with the most op meta stuff all the time. (They think they will become the next ninja and they get bullied for for being 300 kgs IRL)
- They have 3000 devs working on this game, yet they are constantly in lawsuits for plagiarism when it comes to skins, map locations, weapons, etc. HOW DO YOU HAVE 3000 BRAINS WORKING FOR YOU AND YOU CAN'T COME UP WITH ONE SINGLE ORIGINAL IDEA, SO YOU RESORT TO COPYING OTHER'S PEOPLES WORKS? HOW ARE YOU THIS UNINSPIRED?

3 YEARS, 3000 DEVELOPERS AND THEY BRING US THIS GARBAGE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE 10 EXTRA DOLLARS!
Just like every call of duty since 2019 they have made the game intentionally worse to appeal to bad/disabled players. It's insane that they mess this up considering all of these problems have been fixed in previous call of duty games. Instead of keeping those fixes they just reintroduce problems, that already have simple solutions, just to make the game easier for slow-witted, half baked players who are missing 50%-100% of their brain cells. The developers asked for feedback and they got it. In response they doubled down on their smooth-brained decisions and posted a blog post saying "suck our soy sausages, we're keeping it the same and won't change anything even though we asked for feedback". It is insane how much they want you to sit still and not move.

They punish good players and reward bad players. With this SBMM bad and good players have the exact same stats and K/D, even when good players have to work harder. You get nothing for winning, except it makes the game harder. Imagine if you played Elden Ring and all you got for defeating bosses was nothing and the boss respawned harder and you have to kill it again and again and get nothing for it. This is what playing call of duty has felt like since 2019. xBillyGoat67xX with downs syndrome can sit in a corner with his accessibility optimized LMG and get the same K/D as FaZe Rainn, even though FaZe Rainn is astronomically better, because they get put against players equal to them in skill, but with no visible rank. Most of the fun in call of duty comes from improving and seeing your stats get better as a result, but you cant do that in this game.

The developers don't know what they're doing and the numbers speak for themselves. Last earnings report activision revealed that they had lost 50 million+ monthly players. As long as the developers continue to have their heads up their own asses and care more about their notification spam and laundry list of not tolerating "bullying and harassment, including derogatory comments based on race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, culture, faith, mental or physical abilities or country of origin" than making an actually good game, the games will continue to suck and bleed players like they already have.

We will see what changes from the beta to the full release. I doubt it's gonna be much since the devs have doubled down on most, if not all, of their criticized design decisions.
