When ideas are challenged by others, !Laska listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. A natural leader. People tend to listen and follow their example and guidance. !Laska is chosen as leader without making an issue of leadership. Not especially neat and tidy, but adequate for the job. Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision.
