Problem solved with another moderator and sorry for my mistake, now i realize is hard to moderate all language, but in my opinion you have to change the rule description about language, mentioning that the use of a different language is bannable, mine was just a, hello everyone in Danish.
Then I read the rules better and now I have solved it, thanks again for the support.
