If you want to play a chill, intuitive flight combat game, Project Wingman is a great place to start. I had a ton of fun playing this game on first initial play through. The variety of aircraft you get it play is excellent, though you will likely end up gravitating towards the top tier planes and stick with them once unlocked. Dog fighting is as challenging as you want it to be. On higher difficulty, it is utter chaos. You'll be dodging missiles left and right, spamming air flares, and constantly maneuvering for MINUTES on end. The air battles can be massive at times which makes for a lot of fun as well.

The conquest mode, which is basically just endless waves of enemy aircraft that get harder with each wave, takes some practice and can get repetitive eventually. Still, it's nice to have an additional mode after finishing the campaign to keep playing for a bit longer.

Overall for what it is, I think this is a great game. It plays perfectly fine with keyboard and mouse if that's a concern. No need for a joystick or any other controls. I would like to have seen a bit more development and additional content for the game, but even without it's a solid title. 8/10

Not big into deckbuilder games, but Slay the Spire is worth checking out. All around fun game to play whether you have a lot of time or just a little.

Without a doubt, Half Life 2 is one of the best games I have ever played. I even went back and played it a second time this year and it was still as good as ever. Sure, the graphics and gameplay don't knock your socks off compared to most modern games, but the game still has an excellent storyline and is tons of fun to play. To anyone who has not played this game yet since it was released in 2004, pay the $2 while it's on sale and give it a shot. It's the best $2 you could ever spend really.

Short and sweet. Not bad for $2.50. Doesn't take long, but it'll keep you entertained while you play.

Alien Swarm is a great free game on Steam. Great to play if you need a break from other games once in a while. Well worth trying out at least once or a few times.

Perhaps the greatest game out of the entire Call of Duty Franchise. Modern Warfare is fun to play by yourself or online in multiplayer. This game is worth every penny.

This is one of the best free-to-play games out there. It's loads of fun and a good break from most other FPS games.
