This game catches a lot of flak for the war hungry AI and weak diplomatic system, along with other points. I'd 100% agree about that, however many people don't touch on what's good about this game. For example, it is still a Civ game thus it is still very addictive, I rather enjoy the music and ambiance and still enjoy myself while playing it, and the new district system is a very nice addition imho. So while it may not be as well fleshed out as Civ V, it is still a very fun experience and should absolutely be picked up by anyone wanting something new out of the Civilizations experience, though perhaps wait for a sale. :)
