For what it is, it is a great game/demo. Story wise is fun.

In the long run, the repetition and amount of jank you can do to cheese your way into getting eggs gets boring quickly.

The battle system is probably its only saving grace as a reminder of the Japanese scissor paper rock dinosaur arcade card collectible I used to play as a kid back in Japan.

It's far more forgiving than the main game and grinding armor sets is far more easier and relaxing.

Definitely worth a try. The only thing you're paying with is your time.

One of the best open world arcade racing games to date. Most cars handle quite nicely. Tuning is very comprehensive.

But why the negative? The price alone. As it stands, it is not worth A$100 ($80USD). Based on the repetitive content to progress a 'story'; with unskippable cutscenes and unskippable dialogue whenever you unlock a new event is tiresome and grating. All cars almost sound the same with no delineation comparative to their real life counterparts. You can't even hear the turbo in any car that well (except the Lotus Esprit S1 in first person that I've found).

At best excluding the egregious DLCs, this game is worth A$60 ($45USD) at most. The season cycle resets on Saturday 12am (Australia time). How stupid is that. There is also no new content since the game's original release in 2018. The game also crashes frequently.

Great arcade driving game, crap price.

Browser version seems to be better.
Too many hackers. Can't play.

This is a Chinese crossplatform mobile-anime-titanfall-fornite-app ported to pc.

Playing from OCE, ping is about 190~
There is only 2 servers: ASIA & US.

There is about a half second delay on input sometimes.
People complaining it's laggy? They probably run potatoes.
I ran 60fps and it was perfectly fine. There are 30/60/120/144fps options.

It's a little buggy, and very unoptimised for pc.
However it's smooth as butter once you play around with the settings.
The company also has a history of allowing cheating and exploits on their pc ports because they don't care about fixing pc ports.

Overall, it's an okay experience. Never crashed on me.
It's a game to play with friends. Solo is boring and because of that I uninstalled.

Not for everyone.
It's a slow paced walking delivery simulator (similar to other sims: truck/bus/flight etc.).

Story and character names are on the nose and nothing creative compared to Kojima's other works.

Third act of the game is an exposition dump that's badly paced.

Still loved every minute of it. And definitely worth a shot if you unlock the second map.

Grinding and doing raids for hours just to reach a 520 when it was still on Battlenet - only for Bungie to ♥♥♥♥ on players and bring everyone to a new base level of 750 wasting hours of my time. Then they made it free to play without compensating previous consumers besides 1 RNG engram.

"We want to get new players and veterans colliding quickly. After Black Armory, we made a deliberate choice to try to do this with each Season." - Absolutely disgusting.

Bungie forgot what made Halo fun.

For new players to the IP, go for gold but this game is a no for me.

I don't think it's even worth my $1.50 for gameplay like this.

Worst plane controls in the history of flight sims.
Allahu akbar is screamed every 3 seconds and everytime an enemy dies.
The comms plays the military alphabet only.
Enemies aimbot shoot you from 1000m away the moment they spawn.
No anime tiddies are worth this trouble and you have to pay another $1.50 for that - which who in their right mind will do anyway?

As an army navy seal gorrila fighter I do not approve.

Good sound design, okay graphics but highly underdeveloped as with most WWII sims (is this still 2013?), gameplay is basic TDM/CTP. Runs on UE4. There's only 1 Australian server active at any given time. So any other server you'll join will net 300-500 ping average. Squad has a more dedicated community.

It's fun when things get rolling. It's a good game overall but my gripe comes from the controls and bugs instead.

Controlling my character is like controlling a chained statue under the depths of the Mariana Trench. It's as if they don't want you to move your character to artificially "expand" map size making moving from A to B quite a trek even with FOBs. Strafing movement is questionable. FOV is terrible with most UE games making me motion sick. Maybe it was me, but I couldn't find an option to cap or customise FPS either.

You'd think 2 years after release they'd fix bugs but nope. There's a bug where when a game ends, you're stuck on a landscape of the map forever. It doesn't tell you that you've been kicked out of the server, or that the game has ended. So you have to force close the game. The game is also quite unoptimised; it takes a long time to load/start a game, freezes moments at a time before a match starts, and texture popping sometimes. I run a gtx1070 and 32gb ram if you're going to blame my specs. UI looks like a cheap EA shooter game knock-off.

You can't even open "Tutorials" in the main menu when you open the game. It's just a button for show that leads nowhere, and so when you want to learn how to play - you have to click "Training" instead - which actually doesn't train you at all. You have to read all the controls from the options setting like this is ARMA 3 but at least ARMA tutorials worked.

However, if you enjoy slow paced WWII sim shooters that require teamwork and communication then this is for you, don't let this review deter you from buying.

Short and sweet. Nice plot and interactive story telling told in a unique way. Voice acting was pretty good.
