Too many people suffered from this game thru undeserved bans and inventory locking. Policy is iron. It doesn't let you appeal and you will forever stay alone with your problem if you get one. For example if you linked phone number on several accounts and one of them is stolen and sold to hacker, you will get everything banned on every account without any chance to appeal it and solve the issue. Overwatch bans are considered and appealable only for PRO players or players with large amount of viewers that makes the game unfair for the most amount of users if someone from overwatch decides to ban you. I cannot recommend this game
