Coming from World of Tanks this game seems much less demanding for managing finances and paying in-game currency for features. It might be a grind fest to unlock the higher tiers, but there's no real reason to hurry through those and it can definitely be done without having to pay real money. (for anyone that's concerned about that)
Overall I'd say you can have fun with it especially with friends.

PS: I think the 5 USD promo is an awesome value to try out the game and see how it feels, that's how I did it anyways. GL!

Why does this game use so much CPU?
Interesting game overall but the CPU usage is through the roof for a game of such size.

This game is simple well designed and just awesome.
Even the names of the manages you can hire are witty and will just put a smile on your face.

All in a all a great Freemium game.
If you don't know what a freemium game is educate yourself with some good ol' Southpark ^^

You can suit up, take a katana and go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the zombies.
Also you can drink sea water 10/10

about a year passed from my original review so lets update it...

This game became AWESOME, the dev team did wonders and now the game has better interface and much easier crafting than at the start. The only thing that would be great to see and would give this game 90%+ positive reviews is an official server but this can be only be done trough donations or something like that. This would provide a great place for the non toxic community and great gameplay overall.

Highly recommended ! :D

Oh and if you don't want to play on public servers, create your own, invite some friends and have fun. ^^
