As an outsider to the franchise, first one being RE7 for me, this definitely takes the cake for the best in series yet! I've gone back and looked all the games and it's nice to see the franchise found it's footing again and has managed to modernize (dare I say revolutionize) the classics to hang with the big named games of today. It's almost hard to compare the older games to their newer counter parts. While I still think RE4 classic is a worthwhile experience and stands up well, especially with the HD Remaster Project, this game ups the experience to a whole new level.

Can't wait to see where Capcom takes the series next!

Just beat the game and mama mia is this one chef's kiss pizza of a video game. Truly a labor of love with influences wore elegantly on its sleeve. A lot of replay value, with slapping music that gets the adrenaline and anxiety pumping.

What a cute game! There's definitely a lot to unpack with this one and, as such, I got really invested in the story. It was a great experience getting to piece things together and it made me emotional at times. Loved getting to travel through time and watch this character go through what felt like deeply personal and real experiences. Can't wait to see what's next!

This game was just really fun to explore and it just brought a smile to face getting to feel a sense of accomplishment when digging into the worlds and finding new resources.

Amazing remake, and feels like a perfect refresh of a golden age game

The game has had a massive turn around now offering a variety of options and things to do.
Vast improvement from the start.
