INGREDIENTES

400 g de chocolate em tablete
200 g de manteiga amolecida
150 g de farinha
80 g de açúcar
4 Ovos M
100 ml de água a ferver
1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
Margarina para untar
Farinha para polvilhar

INSTRUÇÕES DE PREPARAÇÃO

Unte uma forma com margarina e polvilhe-a com farinha. Ligue o forno a 180ºc.
Parta metade do chocolate em pedaços para uma tigela, junte a manteiga e leve a derreter em banho-maria ou no micro-ondas. Retire, adicione o açúcar e a água a ferver e mexa bem.
Noutra tigela, misture a farinha com o fermento e os ovos, ligeiramente batidos. Acrescente o preparado do chocolate, mexa bem e deite na forma.
Pique o restante chocolate, espalhe-o sobre a massa na forma e leve ao forno, durante 40 minutos. Retire, deixe arrefecer bem e, depois, desenforme. Sirva decorado a gosto.
