2D Gothic, a little bit of Hades combat feel, extraordinary exciting extensive exploration, great soundtrack, quests with many outcomes, some of which aren't explained to you at all, you just figure them out. NPCs of all sorts of stripes, from good folk to scoundrels, all with their own lives that they follow. Deadly creatures, and a dangerous world that treats you like the shrimp you are (at least at first!)

It's brutal. It's fantastic. Explore and grab your ScaduTree fragments for blessings, that's all you need.

Good QoL features, the new weapons and tools are amazing, the music is fantastic, the bosses and encounters are brutal, the lore is crazy, and the map is designed in a way not seen since Dark Souls, but adjusted for Elden Ring's openness. Treat it the same way, explore when you hit a wall and you'll probably find the answers you need, with some testing so experiment, explore, and OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Elden Ring!

Great game, actually a lot of fun with friends but Sony is taking the L on this one. Sorry but you can't spring something like this out of no where. A bunch of my friends live in countries where PSN IDs aren't an option, this is ridiculous.

Great and fun game, wait for performance issue fixed if you have them, ignore the useless MTX of stuff you can acquire just playing the game, Capcom has been doing those for a decade

Great game from a passionate studio marred with lots of bugs, some even from Kingmaker. Review will shift when the game becomes playable.

At the moment several mythic paths cannot be progressed or contain game breaking bugs. There are also a ton of minor issues that need to be addressed, such as natural attacks on animal companions breaking persistently across games (My smilodon started with 5 attacks/round, I think I clicked on the weapon sets button and that made it attack 2x/r forevermore even with reloads), or classes having busted functionality like the Hagborne Witch's claws with no damage (0d0+Str). Worse are issues introduced in the new patch like abilities that you turn automatic by right clicking on them seem to no longer transfer between areas. Specifically, it seems to be between maps that require a load. Changing between the floors of the tavern is fine, but going to market square is not.

When they fix it this game will be an amazing one. As is, it's hard to enjoy everything else good about it with the sheer number of bugs hindering progression and forcing you out of playing your preferred classes due to either class or general mechanics related bugs.

Absolute gem of a game that I'm afraid to dig too many hours into, less I end up spending all my time playing factorio instead of anything else a human needs to survive.

I waited 8 years for harvesting season and it finally arrived, butter me up!

Diamond in the rough action RPG that feels like a good adventure with light but survival elements, thoroughly recommended!

If you like X-Com, if you like ironman mode, if you like the idea of managing a mercenary company, this game is for you!
