This does so many things big 'AAA' titles miss.
No crazy pay to win, no insane tech trees with massive skill/tech/ability divides between high and low level players, no loot whoring, its competitive but not toxic PVP competitive.
You dont need to buy stuff to 'keep up' you can grind it, and its not that much of a grind. you can jump in and out, and yet, your helping the fight.
The gameplay is simple enough to pick up, but immersive enough that every battle can be tense and exciting. The atmosphere and story is tongue in cheek entertaining, and you cant help spreading the freedom yourself.

if only they sort the capacity limitations. At the moment servers are rammed tighter than a politicians expenses return.

Hmmmmm.....
The gun play has not changed from boneworks, the avatar change system is superb but brutally underused, many of the levels are well fleshed out, but many of the others feel empty and unfinished (bridge level is short, grey, boring, moon level is empty, glitchy, pointless, shows nothing about short avatar)
Still can't shoulder rifles well,
Go-cart is fun, but flips and is a pain to fix, and left hand constantly let's go of steering?
Your hand constantly sticks/grips things unintentionally, way worse than boneworks, some avatars (short and tall) eem to have glitchy legs and will randomly get stuck momentarily.

Levels/enemies are far too easy.
Some levels are glitchy, where you end up somewhere your not supposed to and have to restart and hope it works next time.

The game is fun, many of the flaws above are more irritating than anything, but there is enough of them that it can get annoying enough to take a break.
I would have been happy waiting a couple more months for release for them to sort some of these small bugs and flesh out some of the levels, it would have made a potentially good game into a stellar game.

Looks decent, plays ok so far,
Locked in cut scenes are a pain, but are skippable, pistols work fine, rifles have same issue that pretty much every vr game has, you can't 'shoulder' them so aiming is merely how well you can hold two hands steady.
Why can't rifles also 'click' onto shoulder like your hand locks onto front grip?

another issue is the constant stuttering, which is apparent for many people (with reccomended machine specs to beast machines) why no fix?

Finally.
The enemy A.I is super basic. like old school. all enemies shoot at you regardless, and often shoot at you without seeing you while behind cover. Making some firefights more of a chore than a challenge.

The point of VR should allow you to use cover and peek enemies ect. not revert to old school tactics of predicting enemy AI routes and selecting best path to engage.

Shame, the game clearly has areas where developers have worked hard, but other areas that have been clearly glossed over, making a potentially great game into an average game with nice graphics and nice gun mechanics.

for people that like FPS but not the arcady, 360 no scope kill streak noob fest of many titles claiming to be realistic...
this is,
kill streaks and K/D mean nothing. Lone wolf gets you nowhere. communication and working as a team gets wins. Death is merely an inconvenience... a very regular one.

Installed and running no issue, running rx5600xt, it selected ultra settings, runs perfectly fine for me, no glitches so far, controls will need adjusted a bit for myself, but other than that enjoying it so far.

Had issue with launching, but it was a Windows c++ redist problem,

+ well written, atmospheric, nice graphics and animations, story is decent,

- it's a bit short for the money, controls can be a bit figity at times, could do with a little more exploration either in the 'park' or with the game mechanics (hacking hosts attributes, is done a few times but it's still fairly linear)

Could have made choices more open so your likely to make mistakes more often and have to die/try again mimicking real hosts lives.

On the whole, it's a great experience, a little pricy for the rather short length. Hope they expand or make more as I really enjoyed it.

It's good, but I feel it misses out on being really good, some mechanics of the game (durability being one) work fine on desktop games, but in vr where your immersed, don't feel right... Like something is off.
Example is knives and guns breaking after several uses, a knife and a shotgun are mechanically very simple, but apparently it's easy to break them and easy to make new ones.
It just does not 'feel' right, if they worked it differently, like knives go blunt and shotguns become less reliable (misfire/jam/trigger fails) and you have to repair it, and your repair level makes the repairs last longer, it will mean a gun feels more like a precious item you want to keep rather than making a couple out of scrap easily.
Also, having to save by sleeping is annoying for folk that can't play 'a full days worth' in one go,

Apart from those (minor) criticisms, it works well, the atmosphere is good and is worth a go

Early Access Review
A game that shows a lot of promise, updates are slow, but the slow paced game is a breath of fresh air in todays FPS mad world... not to everyones taste though,
