So i reached 1K Hours and felt i had to review these, not gonna make it long so without any delay here it is:
Europa Universalis IV is a masterwork of a strategy game, extremely replayeble to the point of insanity, amazing way to learn History and to also have fun creating altenate historic timelines, all of the world is playable from big nations to 1 city only nations.
Can be easy and so hard you feel the game is really going after you, it allows you to REMOVE KEBAB!! and also CRUSADE against the islamic heathens (these could gain some improvement, like CK2 style), it has Japan Sengoku Jidai period(also could use an update for more immersion), lots of Historical events, decisions that will really teach you about the nations and time, like War of Roses, Times of Troubles, the HRE, the Chinese Mandate of Heaven, lots of government types that each Nation had, some Nations feel the same while others are totally unique(very small ones tend to not feel very diferent) etc....
In conclusion these game is a 10/10 hands down, DLC could be packed into packs to allow easy purchase for new players but besides that i see no reason why i would't give a 10/10 to these game.
