I hope you're able to resolve your insecurity, it must be difficult to go through life like that. It's okay to not be the best, someone has to tell you that. Playing a brain rot dead end playstyle and being called out for it if anything should be a blessing. You might finally develop the capacity to do anything else if you can just use your brain a little. What you are doing has no long term prospects in this game, short term wins against people in a certain mmr will keep you exactly where you are. Genuinely concerned for what's wrong in your head for you to both play and act as you do. I wish for you find something to help you in the future, as you are clearly very troubled.
