I got this in a game bundle, I didn't have much hope, I've tried a lot of indie and unfinished games lately, however, I was nicely surprised by this one, the levels are well balanced and enjoyable, the game doesn't look bad. The developer(s?) put a lot of thought and originality into this game.

BROKEN.

This game used to be fun, you had the choice to do whatever you wanted, you could choose to go look for blueprints in order to craft some cool items such as an AK or just farm resources to build a cool house.
Now the devs have changed this game so it fits those new players liking, in order to sell more games (it's completely okay) but they really don't pay attention to those people who helped building this game by playing it first.
before weapons killed people, now even a headshot with an AK 47 doesn't kill a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ naked. Basically, if you are a skilled player with a good aim but find yourself in a 1vX situation, chances are you'll die because you'll need at least 6/7 round to kill a geared player ...
Before you could really "socialize" with other players, even if they had weapons, you could knock on someone's door and talk to them without fearing of being headshot by some roofcampers.
Now you can spawn and get attacked by some fresh spawner for no reason, just "because it's fun to hear that hitmarker sound". This is how the community has evolved. Devs have added a lot of PVP related content but nothing really concerning survival, although it's a survival game.
Animals are bugged, they glitch a lot and that's really annoying on the 1st day of the wipe.

In conclusion, I think the devs focused their hardwork on things that didn't really need to be changed, the Blueprint system. Now clans get whatever they want even more easily...
I really feel like the game I used to play back in summer 2015 was 10 times better, it was more fun, more skill based, now people just join clan and dominate servers because it's 20+ of them... it's all about run till you get something good enough to fight back aka the bow level 7. yay.
Those clans usually starts as soon as the server is wiped and by the end of the first day of the wipe, they already have SAR or Thompsons.

I won't play this game until they start focusing their hardwork on stuff that matters.

Seriously, I'd rather get aids than play this ♥♥♥♥ again.
The trailer is already ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but the game ? ..... oh boy .... oh boy ..... glad I got this for free.

I'd like to disclaim that I've played every single JC game and that there is no problem with the genre or anything because I love it.
The major problem is coming from the optimization of this game, it's really bad. There is a looooot of shuttering : basically your game jumping from 90 to 1 fps for like 10 to 20 seconds !!! And no. My pc's fine, I have a 970m and there is usually no problem with running newer games.
I do not recommend this game because devs released a broken game at a full price and focused on quite expensive ( and not so usefull ) DLC package instead of fixing those problems.

This game is a f***** pay to win s**t, shot guns are water toys, the only thing that is really good is the sniper, the idea for this game is kinda nice, but it takes forever to join a game and to actually start playing (around 1-2 mins everytime !!)
so remember : it's a FREE TO PLAY - PAY TO WIN

For less than $3 it's completely worth it !
even if you get killed quite easily, or if people jump way too much while you're shooting them, it's really nice, there is no rage, the community seems quite nice, atm I'm writing this there is a lot of players on the servers, I'm sure it's because of the summer sales and that won't last but that's still a nice game for its price :)
btw don't buy the DLC a lot of people told me nobody's playing there ( because other servers are used for that one )
