Connected my phone and Steam account, all worked completely fine.
More interesting gameplay than I expected, and the music is pretty solid.

Don't get fooled, this game can be difficult as hell at times.

Now please put the sequels on Steam so I can buy those too.

The feeling of progression in this game is more addicting than cocaine

Wonderful game that runs smooth out of the box on the Steam Deck. Content wise, there's quite a bit to do, but the main meat of the game is the large amount of upgrades you can chase for each character (most of which are unlocked post-story). The soundtrack is great, and the gameplay feels smooth and responsive. My only gripe is with some of the multiplayer features...region lock? Why? Also, larger lobbies or a MH-style board to see who is queued up for what quests would be wonderful. When you do match with other players, however, it's a satisfying experience.

Overall, I recommend it. Thank you Cygames for showing love to my favorite franchise.

What an amazing remake of a game. Added very welcome features in and out of combat, and the VAs really outdid themselves too. If every remake followed suit, I wouldn't mind playing some of my favorite childhood games with a new coat of paint.

Fast paced, responsive, fluid gameplay with a ton of different weapons and skills to mix and match. I wasn't expecting a great story, banging soundtrack, or insane length of the game. Honestly, I thought it would be a game I finish in an afternoon and forget about. Now easily one of my favorite games, it's blown me away in every way possible. Pick this game up, you won't regret it.

If I had to describe this game in a phrase, it would be "But wait, there's more!"

Generous with summon scrolls. I would look up a guide or tier list before wasting them all though.

I'm having a good time. Shaders took about 12 minutes for first startup.
The freedom that comes with gliding around really speeds up exploration, which I absolutely love.
There's only one issue which bothers me...a specific party member...why is their idle animation so damn stiff.
Anyway, solid 8.5/10 so far from me.

It's fun. Nothing revolutionary, and I shouldn't have to manually do my own .ini edits for optimization, but it's still a fun game. If you're looking for a MMO that shows the capabilities of technology in 2018, this is not the game for you.

I do recommend this game, even if you play for just an hour and get a refund. Try it out.
