When I wanted to review this I was thinking is this dlc any useful ?... what can I say?...

First let's quote from the description: "Going East! add-on expands the original Euro Truck Simulator 2 map with new destinations for cargo delivery across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary."

Then I realised my it includes my homecity, of course :D my main garage is in that city too and lot of my trucks as well.

It adds more into the game, I really enjoy the roads in Poland for example, and this overall adds more to your euro truck map.

For me it's also nice that main cities from my country are in here, so even online I can go round. (Hungary)

I like the one lane roads in Poland, I prefer those kinds roads over motorways, or busy motorways, fps wise, and also in terms of the general impression, going through roads closer to nature let' say

I always started out my careers from countries which are part of this DLC. Budapest, or my latest save. Wroclaw.

I can't find any cons to say, fully reccomended trust me.

My favourite map extension of the game by far 10/10

All of them are good cars with very nice slidey rear end. What I like is that you can use them anywhere, not just drift event, of course it has to be the same tier. So you can do checkpoint time attack etc etc. with these cars.
My personal favourite is the Tyler Mcquarrie Camaro, just to say an example, brands hatch indy feels great with it, tracks with slow corners are the best for these, chicago too, okutama, etc.
Not reccomended for tracks like Indianapolis oval circuit xd Spa, Bathurst, you know why, those long straight will kill you.

Fully reccomended, you don't really have a complete game without these in my opinion

I just selected a small journey like 3 hours, it felt like 3 days, especially that I had to climb up hills with a 44 ton trailer. Aw the struggle of accelarating with this is unreal, its crazy weights make even my high performance truck feel very slow lol

- Pros-

- Really heavy trailers
- Turning wheels for the trailers, (however i find it harder to reverse for delivery spots
- Steam achivements
- Handling, is obviously effected, but its quite realistic u can really feel the weight especially going up the hills or even just a normal corner.

-Cons

- Takes more time to complete routes which are usually very quick with normal trailers, a 3 hour trip is for example goes very fast with a normal trailer but with this it feels like I completed an 11 hour journey
- You need to spend money to make your truck be able to deal with it, this isnt that massive con really, but somebody with low level might struggle to do deliveries, I guess then try find quick jobs

Overall worth a buy, I would reccomend.

Using this on my trucks now as soon as I found it I liked it a lot. Using the Lightning bolt and it looks amazing, (as a fan of lightnings in general). Im very happy about it. I would fully reccomend, also for the other ones in it, they're great too. There is nothing much I can say, you can see how it looks, its up to your taste if you like it, not sure how could u dislike it :)

Verdict: 10/10 dlc, fully reccomended, also very cheap even in full price..

A very easy game, boosts your achivements every time you play. The aim is to kill as many... ugly species and to level up
Despite the lightning striking you and taking ur gold away you can still level up and complete the missions.
If u complete it within 2 hours you can refund it however don't do it if u want the achivements to be showcased on your profile.

Overall decent little game worth its small price

If u get this you get one of the best tier 4 cars out of all. Koenigsegg CCGT its a great car it is even faster than the Agera R, well not on straightline speed, but on most tracks it it faster, lets say austria, abu dhabi etc. its very good. just for this Its already reccomended.
Pagani Zonda is, ok i would say not as great as CCGT but its fine.

Reccomended fully

This is the game which got into, formula 1 basically, when I was on ps3 i had 3 games, fifa 14, f12010 and gran turismo 5.
Not sure if I become an f1 fan cause of this game or i was already one I don't know. Anyway for this already this game will always have a special place in my heart.
Back then on my ps3 I had no internet connection and played my games on single player always, with that I completed 7 seasons!! and had other profiles where i had half seasons in, It was great fun and honestly today it still is!!! But im dropping the story time now lets go onto positives/things I love, and negatives too

But before I do quick disclamer, I never raced online on this, even though I now have it working wiht live

Positives/things I love:

-- Paddock: For every track u visit in career, whenever u are not on track you are in the beautiful paddock which is different for every track! and it even has the same weather as the session u ran before! In here u can see the media, with David Croft and another guy, but after a while as u get more reputation suddenly that section will become bigger with more people in it!! .
- The girls in the paddock :D. every race there are girls who are having the style of that race, so in that kind of... styling I guess dont know how to say. they will wear clothes suiting the country. Also they will wawe at you and laugh cause they're excited to see you
- You can see your teammate discussing with 2 engineers always in every team.
- But thats only the outside so far. As you enter the "career room" your agent stares at you :D pretty creepy so I always click on her so she looks at her laptop instead hahaha, in the room u can look around check the standings, get ur helmet and move to the next session if u want and of course via ur agent u can see how is the team feeling about ur performance, the agent will also comment on it a little. Just this already makes this game amazing for me <3

--Interviews!. Something which only this and f12011 has. yep 2016 you are missing on that :) :(. After practise and the race (and quali too but only if u are in top 3) you get Crofty wanting to interview you, and asking questions. You have 3 answers, an answer which is negative, neutral, or positive, usually if u are positive or neutral the team will be happy and u can tell that by ur agent, as i said u can view that. I didnt see what happens if u give a negative answer or start blaming the team for giving u a ♥♥♥♥ car, I guess then they won't be impressed.
- TOP 3 interviews after a race!! If u finish the race in top 3 you will be in a proper drivers conference room where when u enter u can see the other 2 podium drivers sitting there, Then u get Holly Samos asking you questions about your performance, and its the same as with Crofty 3 options, like an example "how are u feeling about your first win?. -its my job to win races.... im speechless i cant describe how happy i am, everyone gets their first win sometimes i guess its now..
For me this along with the paddock makes this so good and it just adds to it so much

--Engineer: Rob is your race engineer, the only game he is in, (from 2011 Andy Knight will take place then Jeff from 2015,,i dont know his surname neither Rob actually, Rob is american by the way I can tell it by his pronunciation).
This guy well, sometimes he is just,, saying the obvious sometimes he is completely wrong but what I love is his emotions!! At the end of the race or quali he screams with true happiness you have to listen to him "AWESOME AWESOME WHERE DID THAT COME FROM? POLE! POLE POSITION MATE WELL DONE" Honestly This guy has some true emotions, meanwhile for example Andy since 2012 was like "good job good job what a win" with a voice that he is literally bored of life. this guy meanwhile "FANTASTIC RACE CONGRATULATIONS ON THE WIN MATE THE WHOLE TEAM IS EXTATIC!!! REALLY EXTATIC MATE". Ok I stop xD I love him absolutely, #nohomo.
Now him being a dumbo.. A china race started in full wet conditions i looked at the forecast and he said "perfect weather for racing".. The whole race was wet I was like ... yeah sure.. this is so f:: perfect xd.
For this one,, not really dumb but annoying. im on the main straight overtaking someone and everytime he talks about me being in turbulan air and dirty air, i mean cmon.... Overall thats it I wish i could have a team radio like on 2016 and ask him anything, but of course this is the 1st proper codies game which was released so what do I expect.
--Manual pitstop and pit limiter. This and f12016 are the only ones which have however 16 doesnt have that u have to break for ur pitbox. here u can turn ur limiter on when ur into the pits and when ur pitting u have to slow down for your box otherwise u overshoot it and run over your mechanic which sucks, it makes me feel ♥♥♥♥ to be honest, also costs you time, so make sure u brake in time.

--Handling. Despite that i struggle with it sometimes i like the handling, and I prefer it over 2016 and 15 also 14 handling. will talk about its negatives on the negative part. what i like is the grip into corners. with a decent car, track and setup

--AI. positives about it,. they seem very racey and fast. If i dont get a good lap together they pull away or set a decent lap, but if i get it together I can beat them (in a williams) for me thats perfect.. some people will probably be like uh its too unrealistic to do that in a williams, well its fine u dont like it, then u dont lol. I do like it. They dont back out at least legend didnt back out so far.
-Dynamic weather. Looks so realistic and it just great the way it is
---Negatives /Annoying things.
- Handling, its a good handling but it has down sides, the kerbs really upset the car and makes it lose, if u lose the car then if u have abs on u most likely smash on the brakes and the car magically stop spinning.
If u downshit too quickly into 2nd or go into 1st gear the wrong time you will lose the car completely
- Tyre simulation. Just by enabling that option you get so much more understeer and even if ur a completely new tires the grip is nowhere near the same. just cause of that in the past i had it off but now its on. ALSO OP ai tyre managemen
-Ai can drive normally without no wing.. Even though they will pit in to change their front wing in races they don't seem to be effected i see ai taking high speed corners completely normally without front wing even chasing other cars until they pit!!! in practise sessions i have seen cars lapping and setting normal pace meanwhile theyre out there without a wing and yes it IS FULL damage setting.
- AI-, If they get squized into bollards or 100 meterboards they get extreme damage, they lose their tyres even. like colliding with a stonewall... or its realistic damage xd.
- AI. overpowered starts no matter if u have tc on or off.
-AI could stay out on dry tyres when I had to pit for inters and they had dry pace.
- Penalty system- You get penalties if u touch someones rear end or u brakecheck him, however u can get away with sideswiping and squizing ai into the wall WITHOUT A warning even sometimes, u push the ai into the wall or turn into them that they spin, u get nothing for that. Also ai rarely gets penalty for crashing into each other or even into you,, or holding you up. Also u can cross the pit exit line without a warning
-FPS. Now this might be my equipment fault but it doesnt hit 50 fps no matter what I do, on track. meanwhile 12 13 14 are all 60fps, also even the next gen games which i am not supposed to run can do well but here it sometimes feels worse than those.
-Pitstops.. For no reason u get slow stops u brake at the right time u dont have people holding u up, you get a 5.3. pitstop...come on.. or the other thing that someone is within 2 pitboy close to u u will be held up for ages!!.
Tyre glitch. Often happens, before u go out on track even though u select options it shows a prime tire


Overall amazing game. 9/10, for its career

Personal info:
This game is my 4th or 3rd f1 game I got, it wasn't in order, it took me a while to get it, I begun with 2010, then 12, after that either 2013 or this game. Have a few houndred hours on ps3 behind this game for me. Anyway let's get into the review

Positives:

- Career mode: This game just like 2010 has the paddock, you can feel ur being limited though already as you can't go outside the paddock like you could on 2010, only outside shots. The interviews still there, though after the races the press conference isn't there anymore. This was the sign that career is going downhill a little and in 2012 we are in a windtunnel which looked worse
The general feeling of it is decent, You can customize plenty of stuff, regarding how long the weekend, is race distance, short weekend etc. It's a pretty normal career other than that, nothing much to say about it, it is a decent career..

- Handling: The positive about handling (will be a negative too), is it's fun to drive the car has decent grip, and for me i GOT a new wheel, and I feel uncomfortable with it in most f1 games but this one is good, it's enjoyable, I just casually open time trial to play, and only driving line is on,. It is pretty fun with a wheel. With a pad, it's ok too, however a con will be listed later.

- AI: In a good car it's easy to beat legend ai, no more comments, it can be actually raceable though, you can have some decent battles with the ai though I don't tend to play single player much.

-Damage- Collisons with ai are actually pretty sevear, the ai can lose their tyre with a brakecheck or if u hit them, it sometimes felt like realistic damage. Also you can get ENGINE FAILURES, with full damage if u rape your gearbox, in the past I got heartattacks when it suddenly exploded when i downshifted too soon xD.

You can turn tyre wear and fuel sim off. like in 2010,. I'm neutral about this.

Negatives:

Handling: The gamepad has quite a sevear input lag, and it is very much slower than the wheel, and the devices are not equal in advantage of the wheel. Driving a wheel if you go full lock you are gonna go very quick through corners, I don't say thats a con cause that suits me on a wheel cause I hate small inputs :D

Extending is allowed in time trial.

Wet driving is extremely tough compared to dry. I really don't like it, and I felt like with assists in wet It was faster, not in dry luckily,

Overall, I enjoy driving this game on time trials and stuff. I would reccomend this game, just letting you know it isn't easy to set up, but it's possible I even have access to the time trial leaderboards on windows 10. Rating 7/10

I'm going to say that I think this game is not a bad game, but for me it never really loved it, not for a moment.

The game is a sim just letting you know, which for me isnt a negative or positive.

The game is free but only a few tracks are then u need to pay quite a bit (for me it is too much) for casual tracks. And this already kills my experience cause I don't think i would bother to spend more money for a game that I play casually.

Lot of cars are very sensitive and have no correction when I lose the car,

Audio is fine.

Final con: It takes so big space from your hard drive!! almost as much as the newer formula 1 games.

Conclusion: I won't be rating it out of 10, but for me it's not reccomended (what do I reccomend? check my profile to see more :))
