I totally dig this game. I love building and management games. This is such a fun game in that genre. Each level starts slow, but ramps up in speed just a little faster than you can handle. Each city hospital brings its own challenges, meaning you can't just keep following the same routines. You have to start small, grow larger, tear down bits and build them elsewhere, and expand your hospital to keep up with the growing demands. It keeps you on your toes. I really need to get the DLC, so I can get the new challenges. Keep that training classroom busy, because you're going to need staff with the skills to keep it all working.
