It was a dark, damp, saturday evening. I was walking down the cold sidewalk, in the bustling city. Walking into my house, it smelled off. Something wasn't right... After the incident, my mother became deeply depressed, maybe even suicidal. Nothing was ever the same. She didn’t have the same charm, the love and passion she had for everything. She hardly ever got out of her bed, she never ate, never socialized. How could she be so sad about the end of a horrible relationship she so desperately wanted out of? About 5 years later she was found in her bed, dead. I had moved away recently, gotten my own place. This added to her suffering. Apparently there was 1.765 lbs of black tar heroin in her system.
