Liked the art, didn't like the gameplay. Felt tedious and repetitive at times.

Imagine if you took the fun, gamey aspect of Nitro Type and combined it with the clean UI of Monkey Type. That's this game, the best of both worlds.

The pixel art and music were both lovely. They were the best part of this game, and I think it's worth playing just to experience them.

In comparison, everything else fell a bit short. Not wildly so, but it's missing a bit of polish. The lore was interesting, but could have more clearly tied back to game's present. The events leading up to the climax felt rushed, with subtle story hints turning into a major conflict that felt only half connected. The extra 2 playthroughs required for a more in depth personality reading feels like an excuse to get players over 2 hours with minimal effort. I'd rather take short and sweet.

The music is so good that I often I open the game for the sole purpose of listening to the music
